I called Haleys at 6:30 this morning and spoke with Jay. He said he would be at my house by 9:00 and AC was fixed by 9:30. Jay was phenomenal! If you have any AC needs, I would highly suggest calling Jay at Haleys.

Don’t waste your time calling the usual, heavily-advertised suspects in this industry. Jay is a rare breath of fresh air. I engaged him to do a service check. He was on time, explained everything thoroughly & didn’t waste my time trying to sell me garbage I didn’t need. Not having to spend an inordinate amount of time fending off service plans & various additional services I didn’t need was greatly appreciated. Jay is now definitely my go-to guy for HVAC. I can’t recommend him enough.

I called on Sunday and got an immediate response. I knew the problem wouldn’t be fixed due to parts being needed wouldn’t be available til Monday. However he took time to check for the part and didn’t have it. Set me up for a Monday repair. He was late due to a job prior to mine taking much longer due to circumstances out of his control. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. The day was getting late and I had no expectations of him coming to fix the unit in the late evening (I would have understood him rescheduling due to the long day he had already had). He finished his prior job, went and got the parts needed, arrived at my home with in a very professional manner and completed the work. I was grateful that he came and got our heat up and running. He willingness to come very late in the day showed his commitment to customer service and showed outstanding care for his customer. I will definitely be using Haley’s again.
I called on a Saturday afternoon during the first heat spell of the year and the owner was at my house within the hour. A simple fix and we were good to go. Good honest work at a fair price, you cant ask for more than that.

Amazing customer service! We called several and no one would return our call. Jay was friendly and very knowledgeable. He came right out diagnosed the situation and within 3 days I had a new ac unit installed. He took care of all the insurance paperwork and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. I would highly recommend giving them a call. Very professional and honest.
